Licensed plumbing, written quotes

The quiet kind of plumbing you stop thinking about.

We look after leaks, hot water, drains and bathroom renewals for houses and small buildings — priced in writing before a single fitting is touched.

Weekday, evening and weekend appointments · Fully licensed and insured

I

Booked within the week

Describe the job and we confirm an appointment window, not a vague "sometime Tuesday".

II

Fixed price up front

You see the labour, the parts and the total in writing. We only revisit it if you change the scope.

III

Left cleaner than found

Drop sheets down, offcuts out, and a short written note of what was replaced and why.

What we handle

Six jobs that make up most of our week.

If your problem isn't listed, describe it in the quote form — most plumbing falls into one of these families anyway.

Leaks and burst pipes

Dripping joints, wet cupboards, damp ceilings and sudden bursts — traced, isolated and repaired.

Hot water systems

Lukewarm showers, failed elements, noisy tanks. Repair where sensible, replace where it isn't.

Blocked drains

Slow sinks, gurgling floor wastes and blocked sewer lines cleared, then checked for the cause.

Bathroom & kitchen renewals

Full rough-in and fit-off for new bathrooms, laundries and kitchens, coordinated with your trades.

Taps and toilets

Worn cartridges, running cisterns, wobbling pans and mixers that never quite sit straight.

Pipe replacement

Tired galvanised runs and brittle fittings swapped for copper or PEX, staged to keep water on.

How a job runs

Three steps, and no surprises in the middle.

Most of the stress in plumbing comes from not knowing what happens next. So here it is.

  1. 01

    Tell us what's happening

Send the form with a plain description — "the laundry tap drips and the wall feels damp" is plenty. Photos help if you have them.

  2. 02

    Read the quote

We reply with an appointment window and a fixed price covering labour and named parts. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. 03

    Fitted, tested, tidied

We complete the work, run it under pressure with you watching, then hand over a note of what changed and what to keep an eye on.

Workmanship

Standards we'd want in our own house.

We are a small outfit, which means the person who quotes your job is usually the person who does it. These are the habits that come with that.

  • Licensed, insured work that meets current plumbing code.
  • Parts named by brand and model on the quote, not hidden in a line item.
  • Floors and vanities protected before the toolbag comes in.
  • Every repair tested and shown to you before we pack up.
  • Workmanship backed in writing, with the warranty terms stated plainly.

Before you ask

Questions we get every week.

Do you take after-hours work?

Yes. Evening and weekend appointments are available for anything actively leaking or losing water. After-hours jobs carry a stated call-out rate, and we tell you that figure before you agree to the visit.

Is the quote actually fixed?

For everything we can see, yes. If opening a wall or lifting a slab reveals a second fault, we stop, show you, and re-quote that part separately rather than quietly adding it to the bill.

Can you work on a tenanted property?

Often. We can coordinate access with a tenant or managing agent and send the report and invoice to whoever is paying. Just tell us in the form who we should be speaking with.

Do you supply the fittings?

Usually, and we stick to serviceable brands with parts you can still buy in ten years. If you have already chosen tapware or a toilet suite, we are happy to install what you've bought.

Tell us what's going on.

A few lines is enough. We reply with an appointment window and a fixed price for the work described.

We only use what you send here to quote and schedule your job.
